public interface CatalogEndpoint

CatalogEndpoint represents an endpoint that accesses the catalog and wants to advertise itself to the system. It does this by providing a map of properties about itself. An example use of this interface is the registry framework which uses the interface to identify which endpoints can be used as federation methods.
